Quits NASA Job To Become IPS, Succeeds In 5th Attempt.

Anukriti Sharma is an inspiring individual who has made a lot of sacrifices in order to achieve her dreams. She left America and came to India to become an IPAS, and after five attempts, she finally succeeded.

Ajmer Resident Anukriti 2020 Batch IPS. After completing her schooling from Indo Bharat International School, Jaipur, Anukriti earned a Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery degree from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata. Her husband is also an IPS officer. After marriage, it was her husband who guided her and helped her in UPSC preparation. Even after failing 4 times, husband Beabhav Mishra gave courage to keep trying.

At first, the two were good friends but later it turned into love. In 2012, they both got married and went to Texas to do their PhD at Rice University in Texas. Anukriti got a job offer from NASA while doing her Ph.D. After working for a few days, Anukriti and Beibhav returned to India with a salary of lakhs of rupees. Because Anukriti had the desire to become an IPS officer, she quit her job and returned to India.

Anukriti’s journey to becoming an IPS officer was not easy. After failing the exam four times, he finally passed in 2020. This was his dream, and he was finally able to achieve it.
